Suitable for any properties of any age and type, the Level 3 survey is the most comprehensive RICS product available and includes an extremely detailed assessment and report, based on a visual inspection of the property. This level of service takes the components of a Level 2 survey and provides additional advice relating to defects, repairs and maintenance matters.

Help to Buy Valuations

A Help to Buy valuation is the first stage when looking to repay a Help to Buy loan; either partially or in full. The equity loan companies such as Target (the most common) require you to get a RICS surveyor to provide a valuation of your property’s current market value. The report needs to be drafted in a specific way to meet with their strict criteria and this must be paid for in advance.
